Shipping & Delivery Policy

1) When will I receive my delivery?

  • In the shopping cart, you will receive an Estimated Delivery Date. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code. Our system calculates this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.
  • Order processing normally takes 1 to 2 days if there is no holiday in between. We are committed to process your order within 4 hrs we receive the order. In case of large order it may take up to 4 to 5 days.
  • After order processing your order is given to shipping provider which best suits your pin code. We always look for the best shipping provider who can ship fast and can handle the products correctly and delicately. Time in shipping totally depends on the service provider and the location provided by you. Company also provide tracking id to your shipment so that you can track your order. Tracking id will be provided after the order is handed over to the service provider and generated by them.

2) What happen if I am not available to receive the order?

  • Normally delivery person who will deliver the order to your address will contact you prior to your delivery. It is recommended to you to be present at the time of delivery, if in case it is not possible for you to receive the order any member from your family with a valid id proof to recommended to receive the order. We strongly rejects the idea of delivery of the order to any neighbor or any of your relative living nearby. Please write proper address, contact number and nearby landmark for a perfect and timely delivery experience.

3) What happen if I receive wrong product or damaged goods?

  • VPG Marketing Private Limited is a professional organization, we are committed to our customer for the best shopping and delivery experience. Normally these types of mistakes are never seen in our organization but if such type of problem is faced by any of our customer, we are here to help. It is recommended to you to share your issue with complete details like Order Id, Invoice Id, Tracking Id and all the other relevant photographs and video if need with in 24hr of the delivery on company support mail. Any delay from your side will consider as the false claim for the same and comply will not be able to help you.

4) What happen if order is not received by me?

  • Delivery person from the delivery service provider may call you for the assistance still if the delivery is not completed the order will come back to the senders address. Company will again send you the order after contacting you and receiving a proper amount to carry out the second attempt. It is here by brought in notice to you that second attempt will not made for free. So please be cooperative during the first delivery attempt to save your valuable time and money.

5) How many attempts will be made?

  • We will make 1 delivery attempts for Parcel deliveries. If such 1st delivery is failed then the package shall be returned to our warehouse and we will issue a credit for your company credit account only after conversation with you. If you would like to have the merchandise re-delivered, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.

6) What am I responsible for upon delivery?

  • Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please us within 24 hours of your delivery. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our return policy.
