1) VPG Marketing LLP (herein after referred as the “Company”) reserves all rights whether to accept the application of applicant to become an Independent Distributor (herein after referred as the “Distributor”) or reject whatsoever and it is final and binding on the applicant.
2) Please read the terms of use carefully before using or registering on the website. Website shall signify your acceptance of the terms of use and your agreement to be legally bound by the same.
3) On selection as a Distributor a unique identification number will be issued. When any member registers in the company then his Password by default will be 123456 and when he logins for the first time then he will be prompted to change the account Password.
4) When any guest customer will purchase the Product with minimum amount defined by company he/she will be henceforth eligible for certain COMMISIONS / INCENTIVES LIKE BONUSES, REWARDS or any other income as detailed in the business plan of the Company.
5) An individual can have MINIMUM 2 Distributor ID on his/her name with the company to start the Business.
6) Distributor is a non-exclusive contractor. Distributor is not an agent, employee, partner or legal representative of the Company for any purpose whatsoever. He/She shall be responsible for his/her own business and compliance of the central, state and local statues and regulations and all applicable laws.
7) There is no any kind of fixed income. Commission, Bonuses, Rewards, and Incentives etc. all are based on the sales volume generated by the Distributor himself/herself as well by his/her team and are calculated as per pay plan of the Company.
8) Commission is based on Generation tree in the company.
9) Income Calculation will be Daily and automatically at 12 Am.
10) Company shall no way be responsible for any past, present or future liability incurred by the Distributor while conducting business with the Company.
11) Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be duly paid by the COMPANY to the Government.
12) TDS will be deducted as per the 5% if PAN card confirm, else 20% ON Gross Commission, Service Charges will be 5% of Gross Commission generated for distributors.
13) Distributor can make 1 or more ID’s for Himself / Herself
14) Distributor will never make any false claims of high incentives, income and about business opportunities. If He/she does this, the company will not be responsible for that.
15) Distributor must not make any negative or disparaging remarks about the Company.
16) Company reserve the right to change, modify and alter the business plan, rules, regulations, prices, terms, conditions and code of ethics without any prior notice or intimation to the Distributor.
17) The applicant should read, understand all the Rules, Policies, Terms, Conditions and code of ethics mentioned in this agreement and seek all clarification and explanations from his sponsor before signing up this application form.
18) If there is no any business transaction continuously for 6 months the Distributorship will be inactive.
